About Enugu Electricity Distribution Company

Amongst the eleven (11) electricity distribution companies that were established after the decoupling of the inoperative Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) in 2013, the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company was amongst those that emerged from the unbundling.

EEDC does the work of marketing and retail distribution of electricity in the five (5) eastern states. The states where EEDC operate are:

1. Abia
2. Anambra
3. Ebonyi
4. Enugu; and
5. Imo
