Requirements

You are to choose your preferred position for the recruitment exercise and also choose ONE from the following programs that best suits your skills and qualifications.

Eltp Grad:

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade point average of 2:1 from a reputable university.
There are three divisions: Enterprise Resource Group, Corporate and Investment Banking Division, and Commercial Banking Division.

Eltp Retail:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum grade point average of 2:2.
Divisions: Retail sales, Products, and Retail Operations

Eltp Tech:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum grade point average of 2:2.
Must be a graduate of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) discipline and Economics.
Division: Technology.

Internship

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade point average of 2:1 from a reputable university.
Division: Retail Operations.
