About the Nigerian Export Promotion Council

The Nigerian Export Promotion Council is an institution created by the Federal Government of Nigeria to promote, develop, and diversify exportation and it was created through the promulgation of the Nigerian Export Promotion Council Decree No. 26 of 1976.

NEPC has over the years held the vision of making the world a marketplace for Nigerian non-oil and it has worked to achieve this vision by working with international trade agencies on cooperation and capacity building, leading in national export programs, and correlating the development of export and promotion activities in the country.
