About BRISIN (Basic Registry and Information System In Nigeria )

The Nigerian Basic Registry and Information System is a comprehensive, integrated system for gathering, storing, and disseminating data and information to promote socioeconomic development and economic management. 

It supports and ensures consistent, ongoing population assessment and management of Nigeria’s administrative entities. Wards, Local Government Areas, and State of the Federation residents will all have access to BRISIN’s data and information.

BRISIN’s primary goal is to provide the Nigerian people and government with reliable data on a daily basis, including the death and birth rates needed to support planning and policy making.

This would enable millions of Nigerians to find work, support government organizations like NIMC, INEC, FIRS, NPC, NBS, Immigration, Security: DSS, Police, and others, and also contribute to the reduction of crime and corruption.

  • Applicants  must be Nigerian Citizens
  • Applicants must be of good conduct
  • Applicants with a trace of criminal activities will not be considered
  • Applicants must have a certificate of local government and state of origin
  • Interested applicants must be physically and mentally sound for the job
  • Applicants must have a certificate of registration of birth
  • Applicants must good excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Applicants with a B.SC, B.ED, or B. A (Ed), HND, OND, or NCE certificate from an accredited institution is an added advantage
  • Applicants must have SSCE, NECO, or GCE with 5 credits passes in related subjects including English and mathematics (not more than two sittings) 
  • Applicants must have a unique valid NIN, phone number, and email address
  • Applicants must have a valid means of identification; International passport, driver’s license, National Identification Card, Voters card, or National Identification Number
  • Applicants must be willing to work in new areas
  • Applicants’ maximum age is 35years
  • Computer literacy and English proficiency are very important
