To be qualified for the NDIC recruitments, all candidates must be able to meet the following requirements:

• Applicants must be willing to try new things
• Must be willing to relocate if the job demands so
• Applicants must be proven medically fit for the job
• Applicants must have an excellent communication skill
• Applicants must be of good composure and morality
• Applicants with WASSCE, NECO, and GCE can apply. But must possess a minimum of Five Credit passes in  West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE), National Examination Council (NECO), and General Certificate of Education (GCE) including mathematics and English (not more than two sittings)
• All candidates must have a valid means of identification; driver’s license, National Identification Card, International passport, Voters card, National Identification Number
• Computer literacy gives an upper hand
•  B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND certificate from an accredited institution
