About the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency

The NDLEA was established under the Federal Ministry of Justice and is charged with getting rid of the production, importation, exportation, trafficking, sales, manufacturing, processing, and growth of hard drugs and psychoactive substances.

This law enforcement agency exists in border crossings, seaports, major highways, and international airports and was established by Decree No. 48 of 1989. NDLEA is also responsible for locating, arresting, and exterminating money laundering organizations and narcotics leaders.

Eligibility Criteria for NDLEA Recruitment
