Candidates must fulfill the following criteria to be eligible for employment:

Applicants must have graduated from a recognized and accredited higher institution of learning.
A Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines, a minimum of Second Class Lower Division is accepted.
Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree need to have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of working experience in a tertiary institution.
Applicants with a Master’s or PhD need to have at least ten (10) years of teaching experience in a tertiary institution.
Applicants with Doctorate Degrees need to have at least six (6) years of teaching experience in a tertiary institution.
Professors and associate professors need to have at least 15 and 10 years of teaching and research experience respectively. They must also have publications in both national and international newspapers.
Knowledgeable in the use of computers.
Must demonstrate academic leadership.
Competent in oral and written English Language.
Administrative, Organizational and Interpersonal Skills.
