MTN Scholarship Scheme

The MTN scholarship scheme has started and the application form is available on the portal. Candidates interested and have the requirements should now log in to the official MTN scholarship scheme application portal and apply.

The MTN Nigeria Foundation Limited by Guarantee (MTNF Ltd/Gte) in July 2004 to improve the MTN’s Corporate Social Responsibility projects and targeted to build lives in communities across the country.

The MTN scholarship scheme is divided into two categories namely:

•  MTN Scholarship Scheme for Blind Students (MTN SSBS) 
• MTN Science and Technology Scholarship Scheme (MTN STSS) 

MTN Scholarship Scheme for Blind Students (MTN SSBS) is focused on all level 200 blind students who are enrolled in any Nigerian tertiary institution (College of Education, Polytechnics, and University).

While MTN Science and Technology Scholarship Scheme (MTN STSS) is for Nigerian undergraduates student who is currently at level 200 or 300 studying science and technology or any related course of that field in a Nigerian college, Polytechnics, or University. Presently, this scholarship program is about its 12th year in existence.

MTN Scholarship Scheme Portal

All Nigerian undergraduates challenged to further their higher education and have scored up to 3.0 CGPA are invited to apply for the annual MTN scholarship scheme.

The portal is accessible and the application is free. You only need to have a strong internet connection on your PC or smartphone to be able to log into the MTN scholarship application portal.

MTN Scholarship Application Requirements

All MTN Scholarship scheme applicants must meet the following requirements before proceeding to the application portal. 

• Applicants must be enrolled in a Nigerian-recognized institution;
• Applicants must Posses a National ID card, Driver’s license, or International passport
• All applicants must be Nigerian
• The ability to speak English fluently is highly required from applicants.
• An experienced applicant is an added advantage.
• Applicants should have a valid means of identification
• Applicants must be in their second or third year in a higher institution
• University students, HND, and OND must possess at least 3.0 and 3.5 CGPA
• The blind students should have scored a 2.5 CGPA in their second year of study

• All applicants must study Science and Technology-related courses in a recognized higher institution in Nigeria either University, Polytechnics, or College of Education.

Application Procedures for MTN Scholarship Scheme 2024/2025

To successfully apply for the MTN scholarship scheme 2024/2025, follow the steps given below this article:

• From the official  MTN scholarship Home Page click the “Create Account” button.
• Provide your E-mail, Name, and password, and click the “Submit” button.
• Navigate to the application portal by logging in with your email address and the password you registered.
• Copy the 12-digit PIN on your page, and click the “ Apply for Scholarship” button. to access the application form
• Provide the 12-digit PIN and click on ”Apply Now”
• Fill out the application form with your required details and click the “Submit” button.
• Printout the successful application page verification process

Ensure you crosscheck your information before you click submit button, change of information will not be allowed after submission. Make sure all information given is correct, there will be screening and you will be withdrawn if found fake in any way.
