• Minimum of Five Credits in West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE), National Examination Council (NECO), and General Certificate of Education (GCE). Not more than two sittings including mathematics and English language
• Should have B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND certificate from a recognized institution
• Applicant should not be above 35 years
• Applicants should have a valid means of identification such as a valid  International passport, driver’s license, National Identification Card, Voters card
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be able to meet deadlines and solve complex problems
• Graduates should present their NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate 
• Good teamwork spirit and excellent analytical skills
• Should be able to use a computer system to some extent
