Dennis Osadebe University in Asaba is a public university located in Delta State.

The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses across nine faculties namely:

The Delta State University, Anwai Campus was renamed as Dennis Osadebe University, Asaba after it was upgraded to a full-fledged university by the Delta State government. In January 2021, Governor Ifeanyi A Okowa of Delta State announced plans to upgrade two other schools in addition to Delta State University, Anwai Campus, into a full-fledged university.

Furthermore, the bill for the upgrade had its first reading during plenary at the Delta State House of Assembly on January 28, 2021. But in February 2021, the bill was passed into law after going through the House Committee on Education.
