UNIUYO Screening Application Form

The long-awaited screening application form is now here as the University of Uyo management body has officially announced and released the screening application form and it is out online for all students to have access to it.

The screening application form is now available on www.uniuyo.edu.ng and registration has already commenced. So as a student, you need to go and register early as it will be closing on Friday, August 25, 2024.

Eligibility for UNIUYO Screening form

All applicants must have at least a score of 150 and above

All applicants that had a place as their first choice the University of Uyo are eligible to get the screening form

UNIUYO Screening application form price 2024/2025

The University screening form is actually a non-refundable fee of about N2,000 and all those eligible to apply are to pay the fee to be able to get the screening fee.
For applicants who are awaiting results, you can still go ahead to pay and get the screening form. They will have to use the following pin to complete the registration.

How to Apply for the UNIUYO Screening Application Form

These are steps you can follow to be able to apply for the screening application form

Step 1 Firstly, you have to visit the UNIUYO portal using uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals

Step 2 Hit on the admission forms link

Step 3 You have to click on Post UTME as the Admission Form Type

Step 4 Put your phone number and email address

Step 5 After you have added your email address and phone number, you can now click on the make payment button to make a payment.

Step 6 You can make payment through your ATM card or visit any commercial bank branch and make payment using a pre-payment slip through the Remita Platform.

Step 7 After making payment and it reflects on the online portal, you then click on the Register link to get your login credentials to complete the registration

Step 8 The final step is to print out your screening exercise schedule slip.

Important requirements and keynote during the screening process

As an applicant, do well to complete your bio-data form with accuracy.
As a candidate, do well to scan and upload your original academic qualifications.
Don’t forget to submit the completed Bio-data online and submit it once.
Do not present inaccurate or incomplete Bio-data as this might likely make you disqualified from the screening.
If you have not uploaded your biometrics, note that JAMB has done it for you so no need to panic.
As an applicant, do well to indicate if you are blind or deaf and if you are an inmate from any correctional center, you might likely be disqualified from the screening.
Your picture must be the same. the same picture you used in your O’level certificate or UTME result must be the same as the one on your registration slip because if the picture shows a different person, you may likely be disqualified.
Do well to give or put in the same name you had used in your O’level certificate in your registration slip, because if different names are noticed, they may assume you are a fraud and disqualify you.
Applicants must be at least of the age of 16 and above to be eligible for the screening
As an applicant, you are not allowed to bring in gadgets like mobile phones, iPads, or walkman into the screening venue if not, you may likely be disqualified
If you are an aspirant, do well to register and get the form before the deadline as the link to the application form will be disabled.
As a candidate, do well to be present i the University campus especially a day before the screening so as to get more information for the next day which is the screening day. Even if you do not register in school, do well to be present as this will help you make adequate preparation for the screening.
Applicants who did not choose UNIUYO as their first choice but would wish to be considered for admission can first change institutions before they can apply for the screening exercise.
Applicants must do well to put in their active mobile number as this is very important for emergency sake.
Applicants must do as much as they can to get to the screening venue before the time asked to come to avoid being disqualified and this will help you to be prepared without having to rush over it.
Applicants are not allowed to bring their parents or spouses into the screening venue as this could lead them to be disqualified for the screening.
