Are you a returning student of the University of Uyo (UNIUYO)? We’re pleased to announce to you that the administrative body of the school has released the school’s calendar which contains the school’s resumption date plus dates for other regular curricular activities.

The entire University of Uyo UNIUYO community should be aware that the resumption date for the UNIUYO returning students is 11th September 2023.

This resumption date was recently announced by the school’s Vice Chancellor through the office of the Dean of Student Affairs.

Returning students of the University are however advised to resume lectures from 18th September, 2023.

UNIUYO Resumption Date for Fresh Students

All newly admitted students to the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) who have checked their names on the UNIUYO admission list should now be aware that the resumption date has just been released by the school’s authority. All fresh students should take note of the resumption dates below:

Resumption Date for UNIUYO Fresh Degree Students

The resumption date for fresh students of the UNIUYO Degree program is 4th September 2024. This is earlier as distinct from the resumption date for the returning students. This is to enable the fresh students to resume early enough to process their admission papers as usual for UNIUYO new students.

Resumption Date for UNIUYO Fresh Diploma Students

The resumption date for fresh students of the UNIUYO Diploma program is 25th September 2024. UNIUYO Diploma students are to resume about 2 weeks after the regular students have resumed. Note that this resumption date will not be changed as instructed by the school’s authority.

Resumption Date for UNIUYO Fresh Sandwish Students

Sandwich students of the University of Uyo are to resume on 25th September 2024, the same as the Diploma students.

Resumption Date for UNIUYO Fresh Post Graduate Students

Postgraduate students of the University of Uyo are to resume on 4th September 2024 for the 2024/2025 academic session. Please note that the resumption date for the Post Graduate students is however subject to change.
