Sterling Bank Intermediate Program 2024

Sterling Bank is calling on graduates that have no banking experience to apply for this category of the internship program.

Sterling Bank Apprenticeship Program 2024

Attracting, training, and retaining the best student in the industry is the core aim of the Sterling Bank Graduate Apprenticeship Program (GAP). The program is a complimentary, market-fit education path that is aimed at building and qualifying fresh graduates.

However, The GAP would constitute young graduates who have completed their compulsory National Youth Corps Service but without work experience. Candidates will be chosen based on their interest and strength in identifying the two best-fit businesses for placement.

Nevertheless, the following are the criteria for applicants in this category.

  • 2 years of work experience
  • Candidates should not be above 26 years at the time of this application
  • Second class lower division at minimum
  • NYSC completion/exemption certificates

  • FSLC, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB/GCE
