Sterling Bank is calling on graduates who have no banking experience to apply for this category of the internship program.

Attracting, training, and retaining the best students in the industry is the core aim of the Sterling Bank Graduate Apprenticeship Program (GAP). The program is a complimentary, market-fit education path that is aimed at building and qualifying fresh graduates.

However, The GAP would constitute young graduates who have completed their compulsory National Youth Corps Service but without work experience. Candidates will be chosen based on their interest and strength in identifying the two best-fit businesses for placement.
