• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience 
• Acquire knowledge to functions in any capacity
• Familiarity with the Emergency Response,
• Experience in NFI programme
• Ability to work with high-pressure, rapidly changing environments.
• Maintenance of effective relationships with implementing partners
• You have to be able to use the available information to make right decisions
