What is NABTEB?

NABTEB means National Business and Technical Examinations Board and it was established in 1992 to conduct examinations for technical and business innovation colleges in Nigeria.

It is an educational body in Nigeria well known for its O-Level examination. The Federal Government set up this examination body in the year 1992 to reduce the bulk of responsibilities on WAEC (West African Examination Council).

NABTEB awards the following certificate:

Modular Trade Certificate (MTC).
Advanced National Business Certificate (ANBC).
National Business Certificate (NBC).
Advanced National Technical Certificate (ANTC).
National Technical Certificate (NTC).

The National Headquarters of the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) is located at Ikpoba Hill, Benin City, Edo State.
