Requirements for the Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program

Open to applicants who are currently pursuing or have finished a university degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation/Control, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and other related field.
Graduates need to have a second-class (upper credit) degree from an accredited university.
Graduate applicants must have graduated within twelve (12) months of applying.
Graduate applicants must have finished their mandatory one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or received proof of exemption from NYSC.
The application should demonstrate a positive attitude, a flexible approach to work, and an eagerness to learn.
They should have the following soft skills – problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritizing capability.
Graduates who have knowledge of computers or digital gadgets have an added advantage.
All applicants need to have at least five (5) credit passes in the WAEC or NECO, especially in English Language and Mathematics.
Applicants should have deep interpersonal skills and the ability to work productively with team members.

Graduates must be proficient and fluent in oral and written English is required.
