About NDE SPW Payment

The Special Public Works (SPW), is a program that was initiated by the Federal Government of Nigeria but was adapted by the National Directorate of Employment (NDE). it is one of the capacity-building collaborations with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) from the late 1980s to the middle of the 1990s

The target of the program is to address the problem of unemployment in the country, especially in the rural areas across the nation, so that, many Nigerian youths may be gainfully employed, and by so doing, become more useful to themselves and to the society at large.
