NJFP Registration Requirements 

  • The interested persons must be Nigerian citizens.
  • Prospective candidates must be fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline who graduated no earlier than 2017.
  • Applicants must be at least 30 years old.
  • Applicants must not be employees in any film or have been engaged in any employment.
  • Applicants must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or have a certificate of exemption from the NYSC.
  • Applicants must demonstrate interest and commitment in one’s chosen career field.
  • Such a person should demonstrate a strong interest in and commitment to contributing to Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent time-management skills and a professional demeanor.

To be able to apply as a host organization, you must possess the following requirements:

  • Interested organizations must provide current regulatory documentation, including the CAC Certificate of Registration.
  • The letter of interest outlines the applicant’s understanding of the NJFP’s objectives and their commitment to supporting the program by accepting fellow placements.
  • The provision of precise descriptions of the available role requirements.
  • The agreement outlines a plan to offer mentorship support to fellows through dedicated sessions with experienced professionals within their organizations.
  • The policy includes non-discrimination measures against gender, ethnicity, religion, disability status, and sexual harassment, exploitation, and abuse (PSHEA).
  • Applicants without criminal records, convictions, or affiliations with proscribed organizations such as terrorists, drug traffickers, illicit trade, or child labor.
