Jamb Official Working Days

JAMB Officials have working hours just like every other government parastatal and office. It is important to note that JAMB Working hours end by 4 pm and will not extend beyond the specified time and all from Mondays to Fridays.

If you have intentions of booking for an appointment, you will not be given weekend days the working days and hours specified will be mentioned to you. And these working hours are from 8 am to 4 pm from Monday to Friday. It is then left for you to pick your preferred time and day within the working days.

However, if you had thought of going to any nearest JAMB office during the weekend – Saturdays and Sundays or beyond the working hours, well sorry to burst your bubble, but you will not be attended to at any point.

It is also important to note that the JAMB office will not be open on public holidays not to talk of attending to anyone during any public holiday so you shouldn’t even go during those periods.

Jamb sales of the Direct Entry form begin–on 28th February 2024 while Jamb sales of the Direct Entry form closing date is–28th March 2024. Jamb optional Mock Examination starts–on 7th March 2024.
