All final-year student are advised to immediately do their clearance when they are done with seating for all their exams, and outstanding exams and also when they are done with their project defense.

First, you need to go to the faculty office and get your clearance form
You take it to your Head of Department to get a signature from the HOD of your department
You then take it to the library and the student affairs to get their signatures
When done, you need to take it to the bursary and alumni office to get their signature and approval.
