Summary of the Program

The NSIA is seeking graduates who will play a leading role in driving sustained economic growth for the benefit of all Nigerians. The graduates will also be expected to partner with the company to establish NSIA as a leading sovereign wealth fund globally.

The above will be achieved by providing stabilization support in times of economic stress, enhancing the development of Nigeria’s infrastructure, and building a savings base for the Nigerian people.

About Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority

Established by an Act of the National Assembly, the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority is an independent investment institution created to manage Nigeria’s Sovereign Wealth Fund.

The organization was mandated by the NSIA Act which was signed into law in May 2011. This Act empowers the body to collect, manage and invest funds in various portfolios of medium and long-term assets on behalf of the Local Government Area Councils, State Governments, Federal Capital Territory, and Federal Government.

The investment is in preparation for any unforeseen depletion of Nigeria’s hydrocarbon resources. To make the mandate more effectual, the NSIA established three (3) major funds: the Future Generations Funds, the Stabilization Fund, and the Nigeria Infrastructure Fund.

Eligibility and Requirements for the NSIA Graduate Analyst Programme

Candidates must have graduated from school either with a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree of first class or second class upper (2:1).
Applicants with Bachelor’s degree must be twenty-four (24) years old or younger at the time of application. While those with a Master’s degree must be twenty-six (26) years old at the time of application.
Individuals must complete their NYSC before applying.
Computer literacy with exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools is required.
Applicants should have strong presentation, analytical, and team-working skills.
