Job Overview:  

The Manager overseeing the Home and Elder Care Division will be responsible for supervising the team providing care to clients. This role involves managing caregiver recruitment, training, and quality assurance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient operations. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential for success in this role, along with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.



  • Ensure the effectiveness and implementation of the business model and operational processes.
  • Supervise caregiver onboarding and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with external partners for caregiver recruitment and employment processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide support to caregivers, addressing performance and resolving issues.
  • Motivate and engage the caregiver team to maintain high standards of care.
  • Manage caregiver schedules to ensure optimal client matching and relationship building.
  • Utilize software systems for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
  • Meet with potential clients, facilitate service enrollment, and establish billing arrangements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and conduct home visits to ensure satisfaction and quality of care.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Facilitate introductions between clients and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and service activities.
  • Schedule and conduct Quality Assurance visits with new clients and regular check-ins thereafter.
  • Update client records and maintain accuracy in software systems.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and schedule service consultations.
  • Provide information on long-term care insurance options during consultations.
  • Manage client files and ensure proper documentation procedures are followed.
  • Develop proficiency in various technical systems and software applications.


Required Skills and Competencies:  

Critical Characteristics:  

  • Possession of a nursing license or prior managerial experience in the senior care, long-term care, or hospital management field.
  • Availability for full-time work during regular business hours.
  • Minimum three years of experience in client management or related roles.
  • Ability to conduct home visits within the designated area.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to actively engage in tasks regardless of hierarchical structures.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and other software applications.
  • Effective presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications:  

Educational Background:  

  • Current nursing license in Nigeria.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience.
