As a Field Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting injured workers and facilitating their recovery process. This position requires frequent travel but allows for a home-based office setup.

Responsibilities:  

• Serve as a patient advocate, guiding injured workers and their families through the recovery process.
• Assist injured workers in accessing appropriate medical care and resources.
• Identify and coordinate services across various healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective treatment.
• Utilize your medical or clinical knowledge to support injured workers in achieving recovery and autonomy.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless recovery process.

Qualifications:  

• Preferred RN licensure or a graduate degree in a health or human services field.
• Certification in CCM, CDMS, or CRC is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and high-speed internet access are required.
