The management of the Federal University of Health Science has officially announced and released the FUSHA ports-UTME Form which is out online for all candidates who would like to get the form and gain admission into the university.

It is important to note that the post-UTME form is out online on the school portal all you need to log into the portal and get the form.

FUSHA Cut-off Mark for 2024/2025

The Management Board has officially released their cut-off mark for the 2023/2024 academic session which is out online. It is important to note that the cut-off mark is the first step to gaining admission into any university of your choice.

If you do not meet the required cut-off mark set by both JAMB and the university, you will not be given admission as it is through the cut-off mark that you will be given admission into the school. If you score below the cut-off mark of the school, you will have to either the university or wait for another year and reapply for JAMB.

The Cut-off for FUSHA for 2023/2024 is 180 but the cut-off mark JAMB had set is 150. So as a candidate, it is best you work hard if you really want to gain admission into the university.

Yes, According to the Management Board of FUSHA, the portal has officially been open for all candidates who wish to get the post-UTME Form. You can easily log into the portal and apply for the post-UTME Form, do well to put in all necessary information accurately when applying.

How Much is the FUSHA Post-UTME Form

It is important to note that aside from the form being out online, the Management Board has also made it known that all candidates are to pay for the post-UTME form and they are required to pay a total sum of N2,000 for the form.

It is also important to note that this form is actually a nonrefundable fee, and it is compulsory for all candidates to get it if they wish to gain admission into the university.

 

How to Apply for the FUSHA Post-UTME Form

Here are guidelines on how to apply for the Post-UTME form

  • The first thing you need to visit the school portal via www.fusha.edu.ng using any browser of your choice.
  • When that is done, you put in all your details which include, your registration number and your password
  • When you have done that accurately, you click the enter button and click on the application form.
  • When done, click on the post-UTME form and apply for it.
  • Immediately after the page is open, you will be required to pay for the form which is the N2,000, you can pay that on remita using your ATM card
  • When done, you will be required to fill out the form, do well to fill the form without mistake
  • When done with filling out the form, you then cross-check the form and submit it.
  • Do well to print the form after submission as the copy will be needed

FUSHA Post-UTME Screening Date

According to the FUSHA Management Board, the screening data for the 2024/2025 Screening date has not been fixed, but the expected screening exercise is between October and November 2023.

 

FUSHA Requirement for Post-UTME Form

Here are the requirements for the Post-UTME Form

  • All candidates must be above the age of 16
  • All candidates must possess the following certificate, WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
  • All candidates must have had 5 credit passes in all subjects including Mathematics and English Language
  • All candidates must have chosen FUSHA as their first choice institution
  • All candidates had scored up to the cut-off mark of the university and must have also scored up to the cut-off mark of JAMB
  • All candidates must have met other requirements of the university
  • Any other certificate related to education will be an added advantage

 

How Much is the Federal University of Health Science Post UTME Form?

The Management has just made it known that the form is N2,000, and this fee is compulsory for all candidates who wish to apply and gain admission into the university. It is compulsory to note that this form is nonrefundable for all candidates.
