Recently, The Inspector General of Police informed the general public that the Nigeria Police Recruitment 2024 has started. Application is ongoing and successful candidates will be shortlisted for training in the various NPF Training centers.

The 2024 NPF recruitment application form is available for the next batch of 10,000 constables to be recruited into the police force.

Nigeria Police Recruitment Requirements 2024

Before you think of applying for NPF recruitment, here are a few requirements for the recruitment you must meet. Interested applicants must be a citizen of Nigeria by birth, have a National Identification Number (NIN) and must be between the age of 17 to 25 years, and possess at least Five (5) Credits including in English and Mathematics WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB.

Every male applicant is expected to be not less than 1.67m tall while a female should be a minimum of 1.64m tall.

During the screening exercise, you will be required to present a certificate of physical and mental fitness from any government hospital. Pregnant women are automatically disqualified.

At the NPF screening center, you’ll be asked to submit the printout of your completed online form and signed guarantor forms.

If you have any of the following health issues, do not bother to apply for the Nigeria Police Force recruitment. These include; speech impediments, bowlegs or bent knees, deformed hands, defective eyesight, and amputation of any part of the body.
