KDSG Scholarship: The Kaduna State Scholarship Application 2024 is ongoing. The Kaduna State Scholarship and Loans Board is mandated to identify, choose, and equip veritable indigenes of Kaduna State to meet the present and future manpower requirements of the State while still being globally competitive.

About KDSG Scholarship 2024/2025

The exact date for the establishment of the Kaduna State Scholarship Board is not mentioned. General Criteria

To be eligible for the KDSG Scholarship Program, you must fulfill the following criteria. You must:

be a Nigerian.
be a resident of Kaduna State.
not have secured admission. Nevertheless, before the scholarship is awarded, you must have gotten admission from an accredited Nigerian institution.
You must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship.
You must not have committed or be convicted of any crime.
Applicants must be ready to provide personal income tax clearance certificates of both parents or death certificate(s) as applicable.

Undergraduate Criteria

You must present a valid admission letter.
Your WAEC result must be gotten in one sitting, and it should not be older than 2017.
You must have a minimum of B in at least five (5) subjects, and a C in other subjects in either your WAEC, WASSCE, or your NECO Exam.
Your WAEC or NECO must not be older than three (3) years from the time of graduation.
If you are awarded the scholarship, you must maintain a CGPA of 3.5 on a scale of 5.0.

Post Graduate Criteria

You must have graduated with a CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale and 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
You will not qualify if you have spent more than 2 years after graduation.

Ph.D. Criteria

You must have merit in your masters.
You must not have spent more than 4 years after your Masters.

Continuing Education Students Criteria

You must have a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale or 3.5 on a 4.0 scale at the time of application.
You must have at least a semester left at the time of your disbursement.
Your application will not be considered if you are a spillover student.
If you are successful, you must maintain a CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale and 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

Follow these steps to apply for the KDSG 2024/2025 scholarship program:

Visit their official website at https://www.kdsg-scholarship.com/register You will be directed to a page where you will be asked to fill in your; Surname, First Name, Middle name, Email address, and password. Then you click “Register”.
