It has come to our notice that the University of Calabar has announced and released the deadline for the payment of school fees. It is advisable for all students to quickly pay their school fees before the deadline meets them.

It is important to note that the most important thing in any University is the payment of school fees. Every other thing is not being cared for by any university. So as a student, it is important for all students to pay for their fees early so as they won’t be caught up with the deadline.
As a student, when you do not meet up with the deadline, you might likely not be allowed to pay again. Before the deadline, the University usually adds an additional sum of money, which is usually called the penalty fee and the amount is usually up to N3,000 (Three Thousand Naira Only).

If, as a student, you do not have the exact amount to pay for that period, you can simply generate an RRR and pay later. This RRR makes it look like you have paid for the school fees and with this, even if the school fee deadlines meet with you, you will still be allowed to pay.

It is important to note that the school fee is not paid in bit, you either have to pay in a semester or you pay in a session to the University. Note that before paying this fee, make sure that you have checked the amount your department is paying for the fee as any school fee will not be refunded to any student. The penalty fee is also not refunded for any student.

If you stay until after the deadline, it is assumed by the school that you are no longer their student or you have filed for a suspension of studies for that semester or session.
