The general requirements for the NCAT recruitment exercise are listed below.
- All NCAT applicants must be willing to relocate to a new environment if the job demands so
- All candidates must be physically strong and mentally stable
- Should have WAEC, NECO, or GCE with 5 credit passes including mathematics and English (not more than 2 sittings)
- all AIB candidates must have a B.Sc, HND, NCE, or OND from an accredited institution
- Interested applicants behave well
- All candidates must have a valid means of identification; International passport, driver’s license, National Identification Card, Voters card, or NIN, etc
- Applicants must be computer-savvy
- Must be able to use the English language fluently both in communication and in writing
- Applicants must be within the 18 to 35 age range
