NAERLS Shortlisted Candidates List 2024
We are pleased to announce to the general public that the NAERLS shortlisted candidates have been published. Candidates can now check and download the PDF format of the list from the NAERLS official website at www.naerls.gov.ng
The National Agricultural Extension Research and Liaison Services has pasted the list of candidates who made it through the first stage the recruitment in 2024. All applicants who filled out the NAERLS online recruitment form 2024/2025 should visit the NAERLS shortlisted candidates’ website to check if their names have been shortlisted.
However, The Institute is in charge of doing research on extension methodology and policies as well as developing, compiling, evaluating, and disseminating proven agricultural inventions. So, the floor is open, if you have the qualities and requirements don’t hesitate to apply.
Is NAERLS Shortlisted Candidates List Out?
The NAERLS officials have made it public that the 2024/2025 recruitment shortlisted candidates are out. ALL candidates that applied for the recruitment should go to the official portal to check their names.
If you have made it to the list, know that you have been pre-selected/ qualify for the next recruitment evaluation. This is done through screening and training, candidates can check the list and download the PDF format through the NAERLS shortlisted candidates portal via www.naerls.gov.ng.
Log in with the use of your smartphone or laptop that has an internet connection to check your name before the screening date.
How to Check NAERLS Shortlisted Candidates List
The NAERLS shortlisted candidates list is out on the recruitment portal, candidates should follow the guide to know their status before the screening begins.
Follow the guide below:
- Visit the official NAERLS shortlisted candidates portal at www.naerls.gov.ng.
- Login to your account with your phone number, email, and password
- Click on the check shortlisted candidates button
- Your Status will be displayed
Note, candidates who made multiple applications or who did not fill out their information properly may not see their names on the list. Also, shortlisting is always on batches, so candidates are advised to wait patiently for their batch to be published if they do not appear on the list at the moment.
Screening Requirements for NAERLS Recruitment in 2024
The general requirements for the NAERLS recruitment 2024/2025 are given below:
- Applicants must be citizens of Nigeria
- Applicants must have their NIN
- Applicants must have functional Email addresses and phone numbers
- Possession of B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND from an accredited institution
- Any extra certification is an added advantage
- NYSC discharge or letter of exemption for graduates
- WASSCE, NECO, or NCE with 5 credit passes including mathematics and English (not more than two sittings)
- Good knowledge of computer operations
- Applicants must be willing to work in new environments
- Must have a strong team spirit
- Applicants with criminal history will be disqualified
- Interested candidates must have excellent communication skills
- The registration confirmation e-slip

NAERLS Shortlisted Candidates Update for 2024
At the time of this publication, the National Agricultural Extension Research and Liaison Services shortlisted candidates for 2024/2025 were not made public. This means the NAERLS shortlisted candidates for 2024 are not out yet but will be published soon. Candidates are to wait patiently and stay updated.
Candidates should also note that after a successful screening, they may be recruited into the National Agricultural Extension Research and Liaison Services immediately. As such, applicants should make their documents uploaded during this registration available for the screening process.
Also, note that a printout of this application will be needed during screening. The screening date and times will be communicated via email used during your application. Make sure to arrive at the slated screening venue on time, an absence from the screening means you have automatically declined the offer.
