Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information about Wema Bank’s products and services.
• Assist customers in navigating online banking platforms and resolving account-related issues.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
