First Bank pays their graduate trainees an estimated amount of N56,000 monthly for the three-month training period.

Eligibility and Requirements for the First Bank Graduate Trainee Program

Candidates should have graduated from school and completed their mandatory one-year NYSC Program.
Applicants must be younger than thirty (30) years old at the time of application.
Having basic knowledge about the history of the bank will be an advantage.
Individuals must have 5 credits in the SSCE results including Mathematics and English.
Applicants should have a First Class or Second Class Upper degree.
Computer and digital literacy with exceptional knowledge of key software is also an advantage.
